Delivery Policy & Terms

Our Packaging

All of our produce is hand cut to order, and vacuum packed just prior to being sent for delivery. We vacuum pack our meat because it ensures a clean, fuss free delivery process, with the meat in an ideal state for freezing once it has arrived.


All of our produce is labelled with the weight, cut type, ingredients (if applicable), and use by date.


We offer free delivery on all orders over £25 within a 20 mile radius of our farm shop.

Nationwide delivery is £35, with a minimum spend of £50.

Alternatively, customers can collect their order from our shop for free.

Local Deliveries (Free Deliveries)

If you are within our free delivery radius, your order will be delivered in one of our own refrigerated vehicles, and therefore the packaging is not insulated. This is one of the reasons we are able to maintain free delivery for our local customers. Should you not be in for your scheduled delivery, please give us a leave safe location, with a cool box so that your order remains cold.

Postal Deliveries (Paid Deliveries)

We use Wool Cool packaging for our national deliveries. Wool Cool are a local company who have pioneered a sustainable, highly effective insulated packaging delivery system, utilising the natural thermal properties of sheeps’ wool.

Reusing your Wool Cool Packaging

The sheeps’ wool liner from your delivery box can be repurposed in a number of ways. Use it to insulate your outside taps during winter, pop it in your pet basket for a warm blanket, or use it to line hanging baskets to retain moisture.

Description, Pricing & Availability of Goods

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. However, you will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, there may be some variation in the weight received compared to the weight advertised. We will always do our very best to achieve the advertised weights, however due to items being cut by hand we cannot guarantee precise weights.

We manage our inventory so that in most instances, a product that is advertised for sale, will be in stock. However, at times we may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you so that you can choose between a refund on the item, receiving it when it is back in stock, or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, information & prices are accurate, we do not accept any liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

Orders will be accepted & processed at our sole discretion & we reserve the right to decline orders without providing an explanation.


All of our online payments will be processed through Stripe. We use Stripe to ensure the highest possible level of security and fraud protection for our customers, accepting all major credit & debit cards.


Should you have any form of complaint regarding any service or product that you have received from us, please contact us.


We want you to be totally satisfied with your Sprinks Farm produce, and so if you are not absolutely satisfied with any of your purchases, please contact us. We usually attempt to resolve the matter through a refund or replacement, which is at our discretion.

You have the right to cancel any order made, unless your order has already been despatched, in which case we will be unable to cancel the order.

Sprinks Farm Shops Ltd reserve the right to offer conditions on refunds. For example, we may ask for you to provide evidence of any quality issue, and may make arrangements for these items to be collected or returned to us, so that we can better understand your feedback.

Failure to provide evidence, or make such items available for return, could compromise your right to a refund. All refunds are at the company’s discretion.
